Who is responsible

Replete Energy GmbH is the controller for personal data collected on this site. Contact details are in the imprint.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, organization and message. If you request investor access, we also receive your firm, investor type and the person who introduced you. When you sign in to the investor area, we record your email, your sign-in times, and which documents you open or download. That's so we know who has seen what during a raise.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The only cookie or local storage the site sets is the sign-in session for the investor area.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and investor records live in our own database, hosted by Supabase in the European Union. Cloudflare serves the site. Both act as processors under data processing agreements.

Why, and for how long

We use contact details to reply to you, and investor details to run our fundraising process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We delete inquiries after 24 months and investor records 36 months after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we process it. Email us at the address in the imprint. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
